wow 26 years old bayelsa girl use keke to raise money for her school fees.





A  26 year old Peace Orukari from Kalama compound, Sabageria Community in Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State. She drives tricycle  which is ‘Keke’ to raise money for her education.

The young entrepreneur has entered into the business due to how tough life has been for there family.

Seeing that she could not put herself so low, she began to hawk oranges and also sell recharge cards which she did for like five years, supporting her family with that also.

She notices that The income was not still enough as she also wanted to further her eduction to the university, then she met one of her customers who always buys cards from her, and a keke driver for that matter, and pleaded with him to teach her how to drive keke.

At first the man  was reluctant but he later did.
After she had learnt, she then made a moves to get a "KEKE" where she will be submit returns after use everyday, which she did and since then, she has been driving keke.




 The young lady had struggled to finish secondary school selling recharge cards and hawking oranges.

As the interview chart with the BodmasNews she said  that she still lives with her parents and her younger ones and since she went into entrepreneurship, that life has been more easy for them.

The further ask her what  pushed her into all of this, she explained that while in her secondary school, there were challenges of finance to register her self for WAEC and other fees, she then went to some big politicians she knew as community leaders then, but all the did is to   demand for sex before they could help her.
She also said that  driving "KEKE" has helped her to improve their conditions, she said  her younger ones are now comfortable, they could pay their rent without difficulty and she is also  saving for her education.
                         
When Bodmasnews asked the young lady (Peace Orukari) about her challenges driving the keke, her reply was that she needed funds to get her own Keke. Apart from that, she had no other challenges.
