A teenager stripped naked,beaten and paraded for stealing chicken on Christmas day

A teenager boy who accused caught of  stealing chickens on a Christmas day he was humiliated, remove his clothes and made him naked, and take him round the streets with the chickens  round his neck. See photo here.
