Also confirming the assault, mr Victor Isuku  the Public Relations Office of the Borno State Police Command, a deputy manager of police, exposed in a statement that one police officer deploy to suppress the assault was misplaced and an additional blast on the leg by the insurgents.

Mr Isuku, in the declaration, said: “the recent past evening, information was conventional that Magumeri town was under harass by Boko Haram terrorist rudiments.
