A guru upper area court on Tuesday admitted peter iwu to bail in the sum of N1.5m for allegedly cheating his wife of N1.39m. The upper area court judge, umar kagarko,also ordered the defendant to produce one surety that must reside within the court jurisdiction, and adjourned the case till December 6 for hearing.
